Well, this has never been more true than in the famous comic strip of Dilbert. He and all of the characters in this comic strip imitate life in the workplace and especially in his cubicle. Management and Dilbert’s boss seem to be out of touch with what is going on with Dilbert. The human factor has been almost forgotten as far as Dilbert is concerned. Directions for your final TTW: Review Appendix B: Psychology Applied to Work in the textbook to learn about Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology. Find three aspects from Appendix B that are exemplified in some of the Dilbert cartoon strips on the website above.
